my grandfather has a friend 98 years old who eats every day one salad like this and he is in great shape for his age !!!
I love Greek salad., great recipe!
Depends on the pickles. They do have some carbs, and the sweet ones will have sugar. Also, they are loaded with sodium so they will cause you to retain water.
While on induction, stick strictly to the foods listed. After induction I suggest consuming non-sugary pickles in moderation.
String Cheese!
i’d rather go to KFC or Burger King..
Salad.
Pepperonis
Pork rinds.
I like the feta-stuffed jalapenos from Costco.
Olives
Cheese (small amounts)
Nuts (in moderation, once you've moved up the OWL ladder a bit.)
Meat, meat, cheese, meat, meat, cheese, and more meat. Some tallow and lard too, I suppose.
Okay, on a more serious note, if you want to follow a diet, you should probably buy a book on said diet. Also, you need to be under the guidance of a physician before commencing.
Rap is gay!
Great recipe, nice to see delicious and very healthy !
And you are one of those people?
i’m 1,77m and weigh 66 kg. some people are just born with the perfect body.
I have not read the book recently, but to the best of my memory, the induction phase includes foods that do not have any carbohydrates. Basically, you can have meat, fish, poultry, eggs, butter, mayonnaise and that is about it.
This is a relatively unsafe diet and you really should be very careful with it. Be sure to take a good vitamin.
You may also be able to search for it through one of the search engines like yahoo, google, or even ask.com.
Good luck
Fatty! xD
Atkins is really hard to pull off if you don't have time to cook. At least I think so. You end up giving up because you can only eat maybe a 3rd of whats offered for the diet.
You can eat a lot of salad, baby spinach, baby carrots (by the oriental food), sauerkraut some green beans.
Be wary of canned foods, most of them are sweetened which makes the carbs higher.
Do you have access to a microwave?
I suggest cooking your food for the next 2-3 days all in one night. Then putting them in Tupperware for the next days. Just grab and go.
Phase two will allow more veggies, like corn/carrots. Basically the veggies you weren't supposed to eat during phase 1 you can have now in reasonable portions. You can also have the Akins foods that are prepared, ex. protein bars, shakes, candies, etc.
Check out, atkins.com and you can view a list of things you can eat.
I did this diet for a year and a half, and it worked pretty well. I am just such a picky eater that it wasn't for me after awhile. I do cut carbs on occasion when I have to lose weight quickly.
listen, got my perfect body from freestyle rapping and tp’ing houses.
the atkins diet is possibly the worst diet ever because it makes you eat just one type of thing (Protien) and use all the carbs and fat, but when it comes to eatiing normally again, the body isnt used to eating so much of these nutrients and would store them again, so you end up putting on the weight as quickly as losing it!
and yeah you can order the books online, try amazon or ebay,
but i warned you!!

Breakfast – omelette
Lunch – I usually make up some sort of casserole or loaf in advance, so I just bring it to work and pop it in the microwave. Plus a salad.
Dinner – hunk of meat on the broiler, bunch of frozen veggies in a pot.
Doesn't get much easier than that.
