District 9 was advertised as a great movie, but was a low budget movie.
It didn't look anything like the TV Ads.

i actually watched it today and was commenting on how there was hardly any cursing i think i heard the "b" word once or twice. They describe some sexual activity but i dont remember seeing any. u see a girl nude from the back and side. but no frontal. Actually i probably would let my 14 yr. old see it depending on their maturity level. i thought it was pg-13, im actually surprised its rated R.
It's pretty edgy.. I mean, I get scared pretty easily.. lol but I did yell the f word in a couple of scenes..
When it comes right down to it.. it's not that scary at all.

i just got back from seeing it. it was good but weird in a couple of parts. it made me laugh a few times. umm theres only one part with a naked chick but you dont see anything. oh and the guys butt besides that it was clean

That would be Batangas, simply because Subic will not fit your requirement. While Subic is excellent for R&R, what with the safari, Ocean Adventure, the survival trek, etc, its beaches are not very good. The beach accommodations there are not good, and there is no swimming pool in these "resorts".
Nasugbu or Laiya in san Juan batangas will be your better choices. In both, there are several options for cottages with kitchenettes. And Batangas beach waters are several notches higher than the quality of Subic beaches.
They are both excellent films.
However like you said A Perfect Getaway is rated R and its pretty inappropriate. There is only brief rear nudity but it has a lot of graphic violence such as a man getting shot in the head and having his brains blown out.
Personally I'd suggest 500 days of Summer. It is a great movie with great themes and the actors do an excellent job in their roles. Very realistic. It is already being thought of as a contender for a Best Picture nomination for the Oscars.
