Help answer the question about cosmetics brands
Is it true that many cosmetics brands are made by the same company?Like I heard that Loreal has the main factory and produces brands like Lancome.
So does it means that is actually all the same ?
Wearing loreal is the same thing than wearing lancome, except for the containers of make-up and name ?
What other cases do u know ?

I think I will try it since it is buy one REvlon product and get one free at Rite Aid right now.
Do they do buy one get one in Europe for Revlon?
revlon for face and lip products and covergirl for mascara
my 3rd runner up would be a tie between maybelline and NYX.
hey there~ can i ask u a quick question? i’ve been wanting to try out the revlon colorstay foundation for almost a year now and i could never find my right shade! i’m an nc30 at mac. which shade do u think would work best for me? thanks!
I noticed that you are favoring more dept. store make-up, however, you should give Physicans Formula a try.. The translucent powder and the blush are GREAT and not very expensive.. I also like the baked collection of eye shadows they can be used wet/dry!
I also like ORIGINS cosmetics and facial care line.. I have very sensitive skin and the moisturizer is very, very good as is the foundation!
Yes this is old news. Suave owns Salon Selectives and other major brands, and for Lancome and Loreal, the latter is just a lower grade performance make up. Lancome is better, but the best can be found at Sephora such as Smashbox, and Too Faced… not those run of the mill fancy bancy's that just age your face and have limited color selctions.
Let's see… the more expensive is best, but go to Sephora or http://www.sephora.com and see a REAL selection better than department stores and crappy local pharamcies… and try Tarte blush. If you need suggestions, read my profile answers about make up and I have many questions on there about make up in general should help you. Good luck .

Well, you can try the list below.
Well the actual cosmetics may not have been tested on animals, each and every ingredient that is put in makeup has been tested on animals. Otherwise, it would not be safe for human usage. Just wanted to let you know.
But sorry, I do not have the names of brands that test their actual cosmetics (not the ingredients by itself) on animals.
The best and most known German cosmetics and makeup brand is Astor. There are good brands in Germany.
maybelline hands down ive been using most of their products since july and i havnt been let down yet….i love their eye produccts and pure makeup liquid foundations but im thinking of trying joe fresh cosmetics in the near future as soon asi get a job
I'm not a fan of Avon makeup. I like the other gifts and what-have-you, just not the makeup. The worst mascara is Aloette, but I love their other products. I really am not a fan of Maybelline mousse makeup either.
I love Revlon too!
Now in the winter time I go for Revlon colorstay normal to dry skin in the shade fresh beige and it fits me so well. It’s a really good alternative to MAC studio fix! I just can recommend this!!
my favorite drug store brand has to be Revlon Colorstay….great coverage people tell me if i wear, mac but i wear Revlon! and the money i wast is less!

GREAT VIDEO !
my favorite drug store brand would
also be Revlon Colorstay in Natural Tan .
i think it’s just so great , nice converage , & a flawless finish . it’s my alternative to MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC42
A lot of the organic/green cosmetics don't have anything added. Try Ecco Bella http://www.eccobella.com/index.php?cPath=42&osCsid=8c51252cd5a90c1332dd8cfbff854250
Aubrey Organics and Dr. Hauschka's http://www.drhauschka.com/ are top of the line.
I think Almay is really hypoallergenic too…
P.S. Fragrance free doesn't mean it doesn't smell – it means they haven't added anything extra
