Diet food home delivery is exploding all over North America. Having experts prepare meals for you gives you the edge both in time and weight loss.
Plus with many plans under $20 a day, it’s now more affordable than ever.
Why choose to have your diet meals prepared and delivered? Is diet delivery right for you? Here’s a quick listing of the benefits of diet delivery to help you decide.
- Have Time To Do The Things You Want.
Your time is important. What do you want to spend it on? Your family? Your career? Your friends or hobbies? Most people are so busy these days that it’s easy to let healthy eating fall by the wayside.
With all the ‘grab-and-go’ fattening foods today, people need another option.
Getting your diet meals home delivered gives you the time to live the life you want. Whether that means advancing your career, spending more time with your family or just pursuing your life goals.
Diet food home delivery helps you lose weight while freeing up your time for what’s really important.
- Have More Money To Spend.
When was the last time you noticed how much you spend on food per day? Most people spend at least $20 a day on food – usually more.
While diet delivery used to be only for movie stars and power executives, today plans are more affordable. Many plans start at $10 – $25 a day, which is what many people already spend on food.
And when you add up food costs, gas costs and time costs to buy and prepare the food, some services actually save you money.
Deprivation-Free, Easy Weight Loss.
With diet food home delivery services, you’re almost guaranteed to lose weight. There’s no calorie counting, food weighing, or portion control.
It’s all done for you by experts, dietitians and personal chefs. You don’t have to do a thing (except eat).
Recent studies show that people have more success losing weight with diet delivery services than with standard diets. Plus most services state that you can expect to lose 2 – 4 pounds per week.
As an added bonus – the meals are actually enjoyable. Some are even restaurant quality.
You feel like you have your own personal chef preparing you a wide variety of your favorite foods. So that feeling of deprivation that sabotages many diets is no longer there.
One Less Thing To Worry About.
Let’s face it – life is hard enough. We’re expected to climb the corporate ladder. Pay the bills on time. Raise well-adjusted kids. Pursue our own life goals and – oh yes – look slim and healthy while doing this.
I don’t know about you but for me, that’s just not happening without help. Diet food delivery is one of the most convenient ways to look after ourselves, lose weight and maintain our health.
It can help retain your sanity and your self-esteem.
So overall, diet food home delivery is a convenient way to lose weight, save time and even money. You have lots of choices from low carb to low fat to diabetic-friendly meals and more.
It may not be for everyone. But for many people, it’s worth the money to be at their very best and live life to the fullest.

Help answer the question about diet foods
Where to buy prepacked diet foods for less than $10 a day?I want to go on a prepacked foods diet but I cant pay Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem prices. Does anybody know of any other places that have plans for less than $10 a day? I need to lose 50 pounds and I'm not succeeding by buying my own foods from the grocery stores. I need exact calories, under 1200, and variety along with it.

i would go with olive oil (in moderation)
oil! but make it a healthy oil like extra-virgin olive oil or something
is it better to cook with oil or better
Alright, here are some healthy fat burning foods you should try:
Citrus Foods are a safe bet. Things like oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, lemons, and limes has tons of Vitamin C, which has a fat burning quality by reducing it's contents or diluting and liquefying fat. Try it in every meal and snack!
For example, pink grapefruit only has 40 calories for a half serving! Eat it as it is for breakfast, or toss it into a salad with spinach! Spinach, by the way, is powerful! with only 13 calories for two cups of chopped raw spinach, this fat-burning vegeatable can be eaten raw in salads, steamed as a side dish, or sauteed in a bit of olive oil!
Oh wait! Olive oil is also useful in diet foods! Even though a tablespoon is 125 calories, but drizzled on a 13 calorie spinach salad with a little lemon juice and some garlic, and you have a healthy meal with less than 150 calories!
Whole grain breads, a biggie! If you're on a 1500 calorie day diet, than about 900 calories should come from grains, fruits, and veggies! Replace those white bread slices with half a cup of oatmeal or whole grain cereal, and you'll feel fuller too!
Fish!!! Eat at least three servings of fish per week! Because it has omega 3, it will try to build cells from other fatty acids! yay! So you are replacing your portions of meat with fish, not adding them to what you already eat!
Soybeans contain a lot of lecithin, which prevents fat from forming on your cells, and breaks down fatty deposits in your body! Eat it at least three times a week and you'll be thin in no time!
Apples, Berries, and Fresh Fruit is awesome! Apples contain a lot pectin (as well as most berries and fresh fruit), which helps release fat deposits accumulated in cells. Add applesauce, apples, fresh fruit and berries to your diet every day!
Okay, I know it sounds a little gross but Garlic Oil can help. The juice of garlic has a significant protective quality to cells which help reduce fatty deposits. Anything with garlic helps brings down the levels of fat (as well as keep those vampires away!)
I hope I helped! Good Luck!
lmao Sarrtje yepp i was thinkin da same thing!! hahaha
what about the fucking egg, she didnt say anything about the fucking egg

sorry buddy thats pretty cheap for food per day. I spend $20-$30 in groceries for myself. But these people are going to buy the food, cook it, package it, and ship it to you…plus make a profit on top of that. You aren't gonna find much cheaper than Nutrisystem:
http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=1uW3UXYEAEU&offerid=78173.10000195&type=3&subid=0
I hear the meals from Nutrisystem aren't too good tasting but you get what you pay for.
Nutrisystem is $319.95 per month(free shipping and handling). And if you buy two months worth you get two free weeks.
Also the 3 Hour Diet(is more expensive but I hear the food taste a lot better).
http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=1uW3UXYEAEU&offerid=114812.10000013&type=3&subid=0
3 Hour Diet is about $558(plus shipping and handling) per month with one additional week of free food.
Sorry I don't know much about Jenny Craig. But prepackage meals are expensive and the cheaper it is the more like crap its gonna taste.(I dont know if taste is a deciding factor for you though). Nutrisystem is cheaper but like I said the food doesn't taste great and its deliveried monthly(therefore not too fresh), 3 Hour Diet is all natural, better tasting, and deliveried weekly for better freshness; but is CRAZY expensive.
If you haven't given up entirely on buying and cooking your own food:
First you should eat every three hours. Constantly eating boost your metabolism. If you skip meals your body goes into "starvation" mode since it doesn't know when it will be fed next whenever you do eat it stores extra fat.
Remember you aren't eating more calories you are eating the same(Well more precisely the recommended calories for your weight) but more often. Instead of three big meals, you'll eat 5-6smaller meals. This boost your metabolism making weight loss easier.
Also try not to eat late at night try to eat dinner by 7pm definitely no later than 9pm. This is what I hear from many people and my kickboxing coach and also my kickboxing book. "We've asked you to eat five times a day- don't fret. You won't gain fat, especially if you know a thing or two about basic nutrition. Remember that eating every three to four hours revs your metabolism, which is one way your body burns calories." – The Complete Idiot's Guide to Kickboxing by Karon Karter and Guy Mezger.
Heres what the schedule should look like
7am Breakfast
10am Snack
1pm Lunch
4pm Snack
7pm Dinner
9-10pm Light Snack if still hungry. Or you can eat it right after your Dinner.
Now as for what you should eat for these snacks and meals I'll leave up to you here are some good ideas you can mix and match these meal items to create your own diet.
Breakfast:
1)Cereal with Low fat milk. Something like Special K, Cheerios, or Frosted Wheats.
2)Oatmeal
3)A few slices of turkey bacon, couple pancakes or few pieces of toast, a piece of fruit
-A glass of 100% Juice. Usually the cheapest pure juice is apple or orange.
Lunch:
1)A sandwich take your pick ham, turkey, chick, beef, pb and j, just try to avoid too much mustard, mayo, or any other sauce. Slap on some low fat cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or whatever veggie you like and enjoy. Oh yeah try wheat bread its a lot better for you.
2)Also the same as making a sandwich buy a sub from Subway.
You can eat the sandwich with a "Grab" size bag of baked chips.
Dinner:
1)Grilled or baked chicken breast or fish fillets seasoned it how you please. Remove the skin do not bread the chicken or fish, fry it, or add too much salt to it. Sides: Your choice of veggies: I personally love either corn or steamed broccoli.
One baked potato avoid sour cream, adding a lot of butter, bacon bits. Try to keep it as close to a plain potato as possible. Or one potato chopped up and roasted with herbs is good too.
2)Homemade Hard or Soft Tacos: Use ground turkey instead of ground beef(if you do decide to use beef use lean beef), Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce(healthier than Iceberg), Tomatoes, 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Topped with salsa is you like, wrap in perferrably corn torilla (corn is slightly better than flour, but flour is ok) or place in taco shells.
3)Grilled Hamburgers:Like before use ground turkey if not at least lean beef. Grill over charcoal it adds great flavor to the meat along with dripping off extra fat/grease if you dont not have a charcoal grill or time to grill look into getting an inside grill such as a George Foreman Grill though you do not have the same add taste from the charcoals you will still benefit from extra fats dripping off the meat. Use whole wheat buns. 2% milk cheese, and the extra veggie toppings you may like. Add additional condiments sparingly if at all. What good are hamburgers without french fries, huh? To avoid cook fries in a healthier way try frying them in olive oil(olive oil is pretty expensive though compared to corn/vegetable oil) or bake the fries in the oven. Place in a pan and use only a little vegetable oil to prevent fries from sticking and set oven to broil turning over when the fries are golden brown. The fries will be healthier than deep frying them and still have that crunchy crispy fried taste.
4)Big salad with grilled chicken. Watch the salad dressing that usually screws people up.
5)I'm not a big fan of red meat but you can eat it every so often, try to get lean beef or pork and go for grilling or baking it similar to the chicken and fish. Serve with your sides of veggies you like.
Snacks:
1)1-2 servings of fruit or veggies. Celery, Apples, Bananas, Raisins, just to name a few.
2)Handful of nuts lightly salted.(My favorite cashews)
3)Grab size bag of baked chips
4)2 oatmeal cookies(iced or raisin are fine too)
5)1 bag of 100 calorie snacks. They come in snacks flavors like Oreos.
6)My favorite: a fruit smoothie. I usually go to Sonic they have great strawberry banana smoothies and I see they just started a Double Berry smoothie I need to go try. And of course you can make your own smoothies at home if you wish.
7)Yogurt
8)Small salad
9)Airpopped popcorn is actually pretty good for you. Its not until you add the butter and salt that its becomes unhealthy.
10)Granola bars
Drinks
-You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
-Try to drink one cup of white or green tea. I personally like Snapple's White Tea infused with Strawberry you can buy the packages and brew at home within minutes.(Unsweetened)
-I know if you have the urge how hard it is to cut out all bad foods from your diet so for dinner you can have one diet soda or glass of crystal light
-Try to drink only 100% juice many "juices" out there are only about 20% real juice. Even then drink sparingly because many juices have a lot of sugar regardless.(You may want to try reduce sugar juices)
Try to think of it not as much of a change of "diet" than a change of your lifestyle. Most people only change their diet to reach their weight loss goals, then they end up gaining it back. You have to actually change your eating habits permenatly and healthily to keep yourself at the proper weight.
If you want to keep trying to cook your own food but keep more easily track your caloric intake I suggest the 5 factor diet. Its the same thing I said before about eating 5 times a day, but they'll give you recipes and a log so you can monitor exactly how many calories you are intaking along with a custom fitness plan.

Good Luck in your efforts to lose weight
lol she didnt say ” on behave of EXpert village” shes gonna be punished!
Actually, you don't need to "diet" in fact to lose weight, I read this at the site in the box below, they have plenty of tips, I lost 10 pounds by using their methods.
You sure?
“Back in the day” Doctors didn’t know nearly as much about the heart as what they do now. Just because it wasn’t diagnosed as a heart problem, doesn’t mean that it’s not a heart problem.
Nothing much, it's just food. Just watch your calorie count as with any foods.
When I was a kid my Mom started eating the raw food diet, and she was extreme about it from the start. She ate nothing but fruit and veggies for 2 years and lost 100 and so pounds. I starved as a child in the house, and often would steal money from her purse to go eat out places, because I was only about 10 years old. She tried to pursue her kids to eat like that, but instead I gained all the weight eating whatever I could outside the house. She eventually had many health problems, and looked like a ghost in the face, so her doctor told her to start eating dairy's, and she read up on it like crazy and decided that her diet did call for it. Now she is over weight though because she got into a accident that makes it impossible for her to move, and work off the weight, and she is now on this meats, eggs, cheese diet that is slowly working for her, but I think in the long run the weight will stay off, and she can still full and healthy proteins.
I wouldn't recommend going fully raw foodiest, unless your committed to do it for the rest of your life! Because as soon as you start eating normal foods again the weight will slap right back on!
Me and my husband have lost 42 lbs between the 2 of us already. I am using the menus and recipes from this site:

Fruits and veggies. You can pop an apple or banana in your purse pretty easily and be off.
South Beach Diet Book and Cookbook has some good diet recipies.
