If you’ve decided this is the year to get serious about your fitness congratulations are in order. Just making the decision is a great start. But between family, work, and other pressing engagements in an all too busy day when the heck will you ever get to the gym? Have you considered investing in one of the many fitness gyms for the home?
It’s really the answer. With just a little help from us we’ll show you how to find the perfect fitness equipment for your home. With so many fitness gyms on the market it can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out which gym is the right one for you. Heck if you do it right you will choose equipment that your entire family could use. Of course if you have a medical condition always check with your doctor first before undergoing a new fitness program.
Just like different commercial fitness gyms have different equipment to offer their members different home gyms also have different equipment to offer. It’s a lot easier to stay on track with your fitness program if you know what it is you want out of your work out. You should also figure out what your current fitness level is.
You have treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes, cross country ski machines, free weights, and even multi machines to choose from. Home fitness gyms can be as simple or as complex as you want. The only other thing limiting you is your budget.
There’s nothing cheap about home fitness gyms. At least not the quality ones and you should never compromise poor quality for a cheap price. A treadmill is always a great buy if you have the room. You can vary your workout, increase the intensity, burn calories and get your cardio workout. Choose a belt driven model that has a safety shut off and that the treadmill itself is wide enough. Make sure you also know what the warranty is.
Home fitness gyms also do well with rowing machines and they offer an all over work out that has minimal impact on joints. Once you get the hang of the rowing machine it is an excellent piece of fitness equipment to have in your repertoire. Stationary bikes have been on the market for ages. The newer ones have a few more bells and whistles but at the end of the day they still do the same basic thing they did back then. Stationary bikes are a great start if you have had a sedentary lifestyle.
Home fitness gyms should always include a set of free weights. They are perfect for sculpting the body. They are affordable, easy to store, and a must for anyone that’s serious about their fitness program. You don’t burn a lot of calories with free rates but you do get some very nice definition by combining the two types of fitness training.
Knowing what it is you want makes it much easier to look at all the home fitness gyms on the market and then choose what’s best for you. You’re going to look great!

Hey it worked for me I’m a hideous looking guy whos short and doesn’t have money lol. I used to think just like this guy for so many years but learned to change attitudes and beliefs and girls throw themselves at me. Its about the reality u make.Almost 50 years of loneliness and hopelessness can drive people insane. Naive this book is a game changer for so many people lives. Losers just like him changed their lives and have women of their dreams .Experience it for yourself its the real deal dude
“If he spent more time learning how to get chicks and working on changing his loser attitude instead of planning how to kill them jeez this would have never happened.”
You genius thats exactly what he did. He spent all of his time obsessing about how to get women. He had tons of dating books on it.
very smart man i like it fuck them hoe and bitcch they need to die soon
For my home gym, I consulted with http://www.homegymconsulting.com/, Kris DeMarco really helped me optimize my personal home fitness retreat and helped me get started in the right direction.
edit; get a gym membership
cant always rely on mystery method, advertising gimmicks like that are nice in theory but they are not a instant fix with women, you cant be yourself when you are being mystery, its not a magic pill, and it doesnt work for everyone, dont be so naive!
im not condoning what he did but i can fully understand the reasons behind it, lonliness can drive a man crazy, people especially women dont understand how it effects men in many ways
Cool. Now I have another place to hang my clothes.
The Total Gym is one. I think I've seen it advertised at Walmart or Kmart for a semi-reasonable price, at least it was less than what I paid for it. There is another called the Cross-bow by Weider that is very similar to the BowFlex at http://www.iconfitness.com/ this place sells all kinds of exercise equipment at a reasonable price.
I paid $600 for my treadmill, but I got mine at Dick's Sporting Goods. The only way to get good stuff cheap is to check out your local papers in the classifieds for anyone who is selling stuff.
That man is disgusting saying how he doesn’t care if people judge him for what he did because he’ll already be dead…=[
I don't like gyms…even if they were free, I would not go there. Everybody's sweating in the same room and I cannot really be comfortable in front of strangers, sweating as well.
Gyms are only good if you're very strong and need a lot of heavy, expensive different machines or you need to be part of a class to get the motivation from a group (I do fine by myself).
I'm just an average woman so all I need is a good neighborhood, a stationary bicycle and some weights (and also my thigh master and my abs bar and my push-up handles…I have very thin wrists)…and a big sturdy piano bench I use as a weight bench.
At home, I do not have to drive there and I can do my abs in my underwear…
On my cardio days, I use an old DP Air Gometer, which is a stationary bicycle with upper body exercise.
It's bulky and noisy but I get the best cardio workout on it, watching TV full blast…cardios plus lower and upper body workout.
(I have a five day routine that I just repeat…walk, cardio, walk, rest, weights, walk, cardio, walk, rest, weights)
that pussy shooter is so weak .
sick cant be a fucking excuse.
just learn how to socialize , so easy.
i met some lovely girls in the gym and thats makes me happy during exercise. and this guy just shoot them ?? wtf???
The one in York, PA?

I can’t believe this guys game to pick up girls sucked so bad he had to this. If he read the book “The mystery method” his life would be different. If he spent more time learning how to get chicks and working on changing his loser attitude instead of planning how to kill them jeez this would have never happened. He would be busy plowing girls instead of killing them.
and i thought american women were very easy.
Probably because it wasn't a real P90X … If it read: "Like P90X" That's the reason. You can't say "like" in listings. The seller probably got turned in by someone selling the real deal..
But don't put off getting into shape … you only have 'til 2011. The world is ending you know.
Thank you for calling and sharing … and shall we take our next call please.
1st, it depends which machine you will like to use the most.
That said, a rowing machine provides the most capability to burn calories and get in shape at the same time. No other machine can help you burn 1000 calories an hour working the legs, glutes, abs, back, and arms as strongly.
check out http://www.concept2.com , and the user forums.
If you are having fun on a machine, its not very likely to be burning many calories. Check out your heart rate on a few at a sporting good store.
Rowing, I can push my heart rate to 170 and above, and I'm 55 years old.
