everybodys body is different. nobody can give u specific diet program, which u can follow. i will give u some diet tips, which i hope will be useful for u to make yr own diet program. try to eat green salads, fruits, normal meal twice a day. try to avoid all faty food, cheese, fried items, chips etc. u can make yr diet program suitable for u. dont skip food, only change style of eating.
No, I m afraid no. For men it should be minimum 1400 cals and for women it should be 1200 cals and that is the healthy way to do any diet…..the problem is people don’t realize that no diet is unhealthy itself it’s the way u do it……..all diets who work fast can be healthy at the same time ……….There is a right way of doing things and there is a wrong way so right information is crucial……Moderation is the best policy for anything in life!! I don't do diets. I'm fat, I accept it and I am working on it. The only diet that will ever work is the one that you come up with yourself and can stick to forever. The people who use Jenny Craig just haven't realized that yet, but at least they have acknowledged that a change is needed. Thats a start.
