1. They could not follow the program.
2. They lost some weight but could not maintain it.
These two problems are the biggest ones that most people face but this does not mean that they are the only ones. Both of these problems are related to the human mind and not human body. Your exercise plan or diet has got nothing to do with the failure. The main cause of this failure is the mind state of a human being; he is expected to follow the program with consistency which for some people is not possible. Another reason for this failure is the conflict between a person\’s unconscious and conscious state of mind. These two are the reasons due to which a person fails to lose his or her weight. If you are not prepared then nothing can help you get the required results.
The only solution to this problem is to change the entire life style of a person. This will help his sub-conscious mind to accept it and he will be able to follow the plan with more consistency. This shift will solve all the problems and the person will adapt to the new settings. Now this will be more of an adopted life style than a forced on. Now the person will follow the whole diet and exercise program without any trouble. There are numerous advance mind trainings that can help you achieve this state of mind, magically slim being one of them. With the required mind state in place a person will easily follow all the weight loss programs and will be able to maintain it for a long period of time.
With the mind state in place you will need to find yourself a good diet and exercise plan. You can only lose your weight if you are able to burn more calories than you take in. For this reason you need to have a good diet plan. You can ask a doctor to tell you about healthy foods with low calories or you can ask your friends who are already following a plan. You can also use the internet yourself and then evaluate the food items. This way you can eat what you want and you will know how much calories it contains. With your diet plan in place it\’s time to get yourself a good exercise plan. You can go for some basic exercises or advanced exercise but this depends on your level of experience. You can buy the necessary equipment or join a gym for this reason. You also have another option! If you don\’t want to follow exercises then you can go out for walking, cycling, swimming or running. They don\’t require any specialized equipment so they are much easier to adopt.

I love soda though!!! But I do not want to be heavy. We can do it!!!!!!! I want to get into a red sweater so im lie sweater sweater sweater,
im the same. 18, 5’3″ ish i think, and like 140!! :[[[[ ive cut out carbs (bottom of the food triangle), cut out sodas, and candy. and i do 30-50 mins or cardio 2-3 times daily. cardio is like running, its fat burners. so if you go to the gym you can go on the elliptical or treadmill. i usually go on the elliptical for 30 mins on its highest climb. then i go on that bike thing for 20 mins. and then i try to sprint or jog on the treadmill for 10. stick to a diet and workout plan, we can do it! <3

diet beat excercise son
you can kill yourself to the gym but you can’t lose weight if your diet is bad
here’s the deal a human body needs 2000 calories per day to function very well, if you take 2300 calories per day and just doing simple walk or even your normal routine you can burn more than 300 calories that means your burning more calories from your body
then if you work your ass out more you can burn more calories
Every exercise plan should include these three types of exercise:
1. Cardio (Running, walking 3.5-4 mph, jogging, anything that really gets your heart going)
2. Strength training (weight lifting in various positions; bicep curls, leg/calf curls, etc;)
3. Flexibility (stretching for the appropriate amount of time before and after cardio and strength training.)
1. Cardio: In order to lose weight, the FDA(Or whomever regulates this kind of thing) recommends 5 days of cardio, for 30-45 minutes each day. (In my case, I've been jogging/running 5 days a week–Monday through Friday.)
2. Strength training: In order to build muscle without over-exerting yourself, the rule of thumb is: One day in, one day out. For example: If you start strength training on Monday, you take Tuesday off. then do strength training again on Wednesday. This is so that your muscles will have time to rest, heal and adapt to the force they're exerting. Do not skimp out on 'down time'. Even Mr. Universe has to take some downtime! Mine, as a beginner is 3 times a week. I do things like pushups, sit ups, and some bicep curls. If you intend to also work your lower body, split that up within the week.
3. Flexibility. This is the most neglected type of exercise. It's very important that you don't skimp out on this, since it's the easiest, basic part of exercise. I call it the "duh" exercise, since we're told we should stretch before doing -anything-. You should stretch each group of muscles for 3 minutes before and after any exercising. I do this all 7 days a week since it takes very little time and you are supposed to be increasing your level of flexibility. It's very easy to skip a few days of stretching and become very stiff.
I hope this is what you were wanting! I'm also linking you to a website that I thought was very, very helpful in my case.

i wanna look good 4 my b.f
thats not nice and yes there is a thing call the 7 min work out look it up(=
Simply do nothing that involves your standing on your feet. Swimming is a great one or do chin ups.. you know.. grab a bar, a branch and lift your body up to your chin, then relax back down.
This will stretch your spine and it is the very thing that helps my spine decompress.
The only thing, it isn't easy finding things to hang off of so I learned that I achieve the same thing by supporting my weight one hand on the table, the other on the kitchen and i leave my body hanging for 2 mins at the time.
Also for a normal (non drastic) diet that works I do this:

fast is not always a safe way to lose weight. The real key to weight loss is to burn more calories than you take in (sounds simple).
here is a guide to weight loss that can show you some online tools that will help you lose weight (track what you eat, think of exercises to do, etc)

this is a workout for non obese people.
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
