The exceptionally talented Pop artist Avant has released him CD entitled My Thoughts. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe Avant fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of My Thoughts Avant’s artistic excellence is on full display as Avant has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be him best work to date.
Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.
Pop music fans will recognize some of the well known guests that have been assembled to play along with Avant on several of the tracks. Artists like Steve Huff and Charles Willis just to name a couple.
If you’re a Avant fan this is a CD your collection flat cannot be without. In fact, this is one of those CDs that you don’t even have to be a fan of Avant, or even Pop to know is good. This is just good music. Period.
While the entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 4 – Let’s Make A Deal, track 7 – I Wanna Know, and track 12 – Why
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Separated. This is a great track!

Help answer the question about best pop music
which city would be the best to move to for starting a pop music career?I live in New Mexico and there are pretty much no opportunities for musicians, singers and bands out here. It has always been my dream to have a music career. Unfortunately NM just isn't conducive for music. Where would my best opportunity be?

Oh I effin’ miss the 90s!!
Sure, there's one like that… in FANTASYLAND!
OK, let's remember where we are going… L A.
You want the BEST gay night club. But basically on the cheap, and no lines.
DUH!
If it's any good, people are going to hear about it. If you've found out about it, that means it's going to be popular. SO… based upon the unbreakable laws of supply and demand, when the demand exceeds the supply, there will be… LINES, er, queues.
And if it's ANY good, you will have to dress to impress! I don't know of any "no dress code" clubs, gay or otherwise, where you can show up in jeans and a tee and expect to get in.
DOUBLE DUH!
Come on, now, think about it. If it's any sort of good club, there's going to be a queue, a cover, and people dressed to impress. This is LA, baby!
The clubs you already mentioned are very good, as long as you understand the caveats above. Have fun!

Jazz Funk
If you're staying on the Strip, Krave is the only gay club that's easy to get to. It's located in the Miracle Mile Shopping Mall (Planet Hollywood). It's the most expensive of the alternative venues, though still cheap compared to straight clubs like Jet and Rain, where the cover can sometimes go all the way up to an outrageous $75.00. Cover at Krave never exceeds $20.00.

All the other gay clubs are located in areas that are off the beaten path. Of these, Gipsy is the oldest and the best. The cover varies, but again, won't exceed $20.00. The drinks are usually pretty cheap.

Flex is really cheap. No cover on most days, and a maximum of $5.00 on Saturdays. However, the place is not as popular as the ones I've already mentioned. So, it's hit and miss. Weekends are usually fine, though weekdays can be dead.
