Help answer the question about best travel
What is the best way to travel around Rajasthan in India?I am an living in Delhi for the summer and I will have one week to travel around India. I thought the best idea would be to travel around Rajastahn for a week, and I heard there is a hop-on-and-hop-off train where you can move around different cities in the region. Is this true and where can I find that? Would you recommend it?

TravelEx is probably one of the best plans for this. For what it seems you are looking for, try the TravelLite Policy. It is less expensive than the other options and will cover your flight delays, luggage, and lodging.

I would suggest that she go to a couple different sources. Don't worry, she'll be able to find insurance!
Tell her to check with her bank.
Tell her to check with her insurance broker (if she has her own auto or life insurance policies)
Tell her to check with her parent's insurance broker
If all else fails, her parents can purchase it for her behalf from the post office.
squaremouth shows individual benefits next to the price of each product. It's a comparison site so has many competing products.
Once you have entered your quote information you will see a page with lots of products. There is a drop down that will show medical.
You just change the drop down to show any cover you like including baggage. This allows you to see a single benefit across multiple products, greatly simplifying the selection process.

Well, just from my own experience:
The insurance company did cover me under my parents until I was 18 with no school required OR till I was 21 with school (I think, but because now I'm 38 don't quite remember). So, as long as I was a "full time student" i I was covered. i went to "independant studies" and that counted as full time. Now, I don't reccomend this, but there was a short time that I Enrolled in more classes (at my local JC) than I was going to be able to do. Then I proved to insurance I was full time and then I dropped some of them. I am not usually unethical, and I hate to say this, but screw those rip off artists and I needed to work and go to part time school, so I did what I had to. I think there may have been a clause about living at home too, I forgot. The best way would be to ask, maybe in a generic "a friend of mine wants to know" kind of way.
Yes there is. http://www.freeinsuranceresource.com/travelinsurance.html
go to travel supermarket.com which has a search engine will give you details.
Dont forget your bank might give you FREE travel insurance with some accounts or your credit card might do this if you pay for the holiday from your card.
Yes, you can. But you have to make sure your wifi switch is off.
yeah aslong as you downloaded it before
i do not think the words cheap and travel insurance go together.i did my back in bali a few years ago and he 14 days in hospital and was flown back to brisbane with a doctor and nurse.aussie nurse that was in charge told me if i did not have insurance it would have cost me $30000au.insurance company i had was covermore through flight centre.i have had a look at the net for you a lot are quoting thailand 14 days starting from $80,covermore is $120 for the same i would pay extra and go with covermore.also if you are out of australia i doubt if you will get insurance you should have got it before you left if you did and have decided to extend you holiday they will not cover you.if you are going to be in thailand for sometime you can get medical insurance from a company call BUPA hope this helps a bit
